Prerequisites

Initial level: CEFR A2 (pdf). Intermediate course 1 at the Language Centre or corresponding skills

Learning outcomes

• Familiarity with all tenses and modes
• Proficiency in conjugation
• Ability to understand even spontaneous speech relatively well
• An increasingly extensive and diverse vocabulary
• Ability to participate in discussions on several topics

Contents

Topics include nature, environmental protection, health, travel and culture

Skills to be practiced: all areas of language skills

Study methods: work in pairs and small groups, listening and writing assignments

• Regular and active participation in classroom work
• Final examination
• 44 hours of contact teaching and 37 hours of independent study
• Minimum attendance 75%
