Priority will be given to AGFOREE doctoral candidates.
AGFOREE will organise a short course on preparing a scientific manuscript.
To get the most out of the course, you should be about ready to write a paper: it is vital that you have some data of your own!
In weekly lectures (Wednesdays at 1300), the teacher will go through the preparation of a paper in the order that it is generally done, starting with figures and tables.
After the lecture, you will spend some time preparing that part of your paper and then get together in twos and threes to give each other feedback, because we all need a second pair of eyes to find where we have not been as clear as we think we are, and we can learn from each other’s mistakes as well as our own.
One 2-h lecture will generate at least 8 h of highly productive work!
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS COURSE WILL BE HELD EXCLUSIVELY ONLINE!
Figures and Tables 29.04.
