CVM degree programme is responsible for the course. This course belongs to Scientific skills education module. The course is available to students from other degree programmes.
No prior doctoral education is required.
Doctoral candidates will learn the basics and the special aspects of veterinary clinical trials, including legislation and good laboratory practice. Performing trials on animals owned by private persons or institutions are covered.
The students benefit most of the course when attending in the early stage of the PhD Research programme.
The course will be offered in the autumn just before or after the CVM Autumn Seminar every second of third year, most likely in the teaching period II.
Two days lectures, interactive discussions, group works and assignments.
Lectures, discussions, group works and assignments as contact teaching. The student can schedule the entire course or parts of it.
