- This is an optional course.
- The course is part of the Field-Specific Studies module.
- The course is available to students of other degree programmes.
Attendees of "MetaPopHealth" will gain basics in different theoretical concepts of untargeted metabolomics/lipidomics and also practical knowledge on various aspects using mass spectrometry (MS) including data processing and statistical analyses for metabolite biomarker (Metabomarker) discovery in large population cohorts.
Organized in the autumn term, The course can be completed at any stage of studies.
