Plants live in a complex world, interacting simultaneously with multiple organisms and the environment surrounding them. Biotic and abiotic factors are constantly altering plant health both positively and negatively. Plants have adapted ways to perceive these signals by cellular and molecular recognition and are able to regulate and adapt their responses to various stresses and stimuli.
