Creating sustainable future food systems will involve balancing various requirements such as meeting global food production and nutrition demands, ensuring the environment is protected and also guaranteeing inclusive economic and social development. This course aims to bring this global challenge to young professionals from different disciplines in an effort to spur innovation. The course will provide fundamental understanding of main issues related to food and nutrition security from a global perspective.
