The course is compulsory for Food Sciences master’s students writing master’s thesis within the Grain Science and Technology study module.

The student will have the profound knowledge of Grain Science and Technology.

Periods I-IV

Grain Science and Technology.

Cereal Processing (FOOD-702) and Grain and Pulse ingredient Functionality (FOOD-110) completed or corresponding studies

The grade is based on examination. The performance will be graded using a scale of 0-5.

You are only allowed to write two different exams on the same general examination event.
