This is a 2-day workshop to learn about the state-of-the-art computational strategies for studying microbial communities through 'omics data. The topics it will cover include genome-resolved metagenomics, pangenomics, metapangenomics, phylogenomics, and microbial population genetics. Participants will most benefit from this event if they bring a laptop computer that runs the final version of the open-source software platform anvi'o.
