Andreoli and Carpenter´s Cecil Essentials of Medicine, 9th Edition, 2016, selected chapters.
Handouts and Power Point slides distributed during the course. A more detailed bibliography will be provided later.
Written exam scale 0-5.

The study module includes teaching sessions at HUS (Hospital district of Helsinki and Uusimaa) hospitals, and full vaccination program must be accomplished according to the HUS guidelines, http://www.med.helsinki.fi/english/basic_studies/studies/medicine.html
The lectures and seminars are partly together with Finnish students and group sessions will be separate for exchange and visiting students studying in English. Taking part in the clinical sessions is not possible for exchange and visiting students and these contents will be arranged differently.
