Advanced pharmacokinetics 1 or equivalent studies
After this course the students will be able to analyze pharmacokinetic data and develop simulation models for different purposes.
M. Pharm students 5. year, spring term
The course will include pharmacokinetic compartmental models, physiological pharmacokinetic models, in vitro in vivo correlations, PK-PD models and population kinetic models. The student will learn to build simulation models independently. For example Stella, Phoenix and Simcyp software will be used.
Computer exercises and accepted reports 125 h.
